RO Antiscalant High pH in Up (Super-Threshold
Formula)
Innova Corporate (India) manufactures RO Antiscalant High pH in Uttar Pradesh for systems operating in alkaline environments. This product remains effective at high pH levels, providing scale inhibition for Uttar Pradesh's industrial wastewater recycling and ZLD plants.
It is specifically designed for Uttar Pradesh's industries where maintaining a high pH is necessary for process efficiency. This antiscalant ensures that membranes stay clean under challenging conditions, making it a specialized solution for the Uttar Pradesh water market.
Key Features & Strategic Benefits in Up:
- Advanced Scale Inhibition: Effectively
controls Calcium Carbonate, Sulfates (Barium, Strontium, Magnesium), and Calcium
Fluoride.
- Dual Action: Acts as both a powerful
scale inhibitor and an Alkalinity Builder for Up RO systems.
- Superior Sequestration: Provides
excellent control over Iron fouling, a common issue in Up's groundwater.
- Eco-Friendly: Fully organic and
biodegradable formulation, minimizing environmental impact.
- Cost-Efficiency: Low chemical dosage
requirement leads to a higher recovery rate and reduced cleaning frequency for local plants.
- Wide Compatibility: Compatible with all
major membrane brands and INNOVA series coagulants/flocculants.
Dosage & Application
Guidelines for Up:
Our High pH Antiscalant should be dosed directly into the RO feed water tank or line
(post-pretreatment). Dosage typically ranges from 1 ppm to 15 ppm,
depending on the following parameters in your Up facility:
- Standard Conditions: 1-5 ppm for moderate hardness and TDS.
- High Iron (0.5 - 1.0 ppm): Increase dosage by 10-15 ppm to
stabilize Calcium and Iron effectively, especially for Up borewell water.
- Silica Management: At 10-15 ppm, the formula can fully inhibit
Silica up to 166 ppm.
Storage & Safety: Store in original, tightly sealed containers in a
cool, dry place at your Up site. Keep away from direct heat and sunlight. For precise
dosing calculations based on your water analysis, please refer to the Technical
Data Sheet (TDS) or contact our experts specializing in Up water treatment.
